Yamaha Jr Robinson 6.5×14 Signature Snare Drum (amber Sunburst W/case

MSR: $1819.95 I bought the last 2 JR Robinson BSD1465NJR Signature snare drums from Yamaha when JR switched drum sponsors. It was shortly after when all Signature snare drums from Yamaha were discontinued. This one had the nicest birdseye of the two and I am selling it from my personal collection! It has been sitting in a case since I purchased it and has only been tapped on. The JR has a 6.5"x14" Hokkaido birch shell with a beautiful hand buffed Amber Sunburst lacquer finish over highly figured birdseye maple. The JR drum has 20 copper nails emmbedded in the batter side bearing edge. This speeds up the vibration through the shell and gives this drum quick snare response and sensitivity. This drum features a 7ply birch shell and 14"- 10 hole die-cast hoops. The snare lever, butt, air vent, lugs and hoops are all plated in black nickel. It has a G-type throw-off, 2.7mm snare beds, and 25 strand hi-carbon snare wires. I am including a 6.5"x14" Protection Racket snare bag.
