Beautiful Slingerland Radio King Snare Drum Original Niles Black and Gold Badge Serial Number: 147883 Era: May 1966 - This is one of the only Radio King drums I have seen with a Date Stamp Size: 14"x5.5" Condition: Excellent. Hardware is in Excellent condition. Finished in Original Black Diamond Pearl finish. Finish is in Excellent condition with no Scratches or Cracks. Shell is made from 3-plies of Maple with Solid Maple re-rings. This is an unusual radio king snare drum in that the shell is 3-ply and not 1-ply No Structural problems with the shell. Everything is as it should be. No Extra holes All Hardware is Chrome and is in Excellent condition. 3-point strainer is included, along with the 2-hole snare gates.
